The unique real estate is a wood processing factory in Zakarpattia, in the village of Nyzhni Vorota, Mukachevo district. The village stands right on the Kyiv-Chop international highway, any car travelling from Kyiv to Europe (Hungary, Slovakia, Romania) or Zakarpattia (Mukachevo, Uzhgorod) passes through Nyzhni Vorota. The distance from the factory to the highway is 500 meters of asphalt road.
The factory was built in 1991. From 2004 to 2019, the factory had a full cycle of production of glued beams for modern wooden houses: roundwood sawing, drying, board processing, gluing, profiling, etc. So now the factory is not working.
There are administrative and industrial buildings on the territory - 12 units, transformer substation (400 kW), and water source.The ownership of the buildings belongs to a legal entity. The total area of the factory is 2.07 hectares, the land is in constant perpetual use of a legal entity (land tax - $ 240 per month).
